Frequently Asked Questions

What are your billing arrangements?

We are a private billing practice and settlement of your account is required on the day of your consultation.

Your receipt may then be submitted to a Medicare office for an instant refund. Alternatively we are able to submit your claim to Medicare electronically through E-Claim, where your rebate will be credited to a Cheque or Savings account. Please advise reception when making payment for your appointment if you wish to do this.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS. Where possible we will endeavour to inform you of any extra costs involved in your treatment or procedures, although this may not always be possible until full investigations have been made.

Initial Consultation $ 80.00
Standard Consultation $ 70.00
Long Consultation $ 115.00

After Hours Fees (Saturdays 12 noon, Sundays and Public Holidays):

After Hours Initial Consultation $ 95.00
After Hours Standard Consultation $ 85.00
After Hours Long Consultation $140.00

Can I have my results over the phone?

Results are confidential and cannot be given over the phone.  You must book an appointment in order for us to give out the results of your test/s. This is to ensure the accurate results are given to the right patient by a professional medical staff.

Do you have doctors who speak languages other than English?

We have doctors who speak Afrikaans (Dr Wolman), Italian (Dr Bradford) and Cantonese (Dr Ho). If you require services using another language, we are able to provide a translator via telephone. Please advise reception when booking an appointment that this is required.

What are your surgery hours?

For your convenience we are open from 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Please note some doctors only work on certain days.

Are there any female medical practitioners at the centre?

Yes, there is one female doctor (Dr Jenny Ho) at our medical centre. In addition we also have two female clinical psychologists as well as female nurses to assist our doctors.

Am I able to provide feedback?
