If you are concerned that you may have Coronavirus COVID-19 infection, or your employer is requesting that you get tested for the virus or cleared to work, please do not make an appointment or come into the medical centre. Please call us and explain the situation to our receptionist who will arrange a telephone consultation with a doctor. This is to avoid the spread of infection to others.
We are also offering telephone consultations regarding non-COVID matters for patients who are either self-isolating or who feel unable to attend the clinic. There are obviously situations where we will need to see you but we will endeavour to do as much as we can by telephone.
Telephone consultation fees apply.
Masks remain mandated in hospitals and healthcare centres, we ask that all patients continue to wear masks, covering your nose and mouth, at all times in the clinic. This is for the protection of you, our staff, and, in particular, our immunocompromised patients attending the centre.
Appointments
Routine appointments are available from 7:00-6:00 Mon-Fri and 9:00-6:00 on weekends and public holidays.
Bookings are preferred, but if you attend without an appointment, we will normally be able to arrange an appointment for you within a couple of hours, often straightaway. If possible please book online using the "Book Now" button below - our phone system is currently struggling with the increased demand with people requesting COVID-19 vaccination appointments.
Online bookings are available up to 1 hour before the appointment time. If you need an appointment sooner, or for procedures (e.g., Pap smears) or long appointments including for medicals (e.g., for a driving licence), please ring reception. You can also download the Healthengine App for your phone for future bookings.
If you are unable to make your appointment please ring to let us know (or cancel online. Making a further online appointment does not cancel your existing one). If you miss you appointment or do not give us at least 2 hours notice that you can't make it then you may be charged a failure to attend fee.
